Concept & Vision Alignment Meeting: We start with a free online meeting to discuss your project's narrative, emotional requirements, and the desired sonic character.
Share Your Aesthetic References: Please share video clips, music tracks, or sound examples that capture the tone, atmosphere, or texture you are looking for.
The Technical Talk: We define the project scope, required file formats, total duration, and the final timeline.
Note: This initial strategy session is completely free of charge, providing a risk-free way to explore the possibilities of custom sound design!

File Preparation: Once the scope is agreed upon, you will supply the necessary source files. Depending on the project, this might include:
A video export (locked picture with timecode) for film/video projects.
Music stems or the final mix for music-based sound design.
Any existing audio tracks that need integration.
Secure Upload: Upload all necessary files to our secure, dedicated cloud platform.
Sync & Source Check: I confirm file integrity, check sync against the picture (if applicable), and officially begin the design phase.

Custom Sound Design: I create unique audio elements from the ground up, utilizing:
Synthesis: Designing complex tones, textures, and sonic environments using advanced synthesizers.
Physical Modeling: Generating sounds based on the mathematical properties of vibrating objects for hyper-realistic or abstract effects.
Foley & SFX Creation: I perform custom Foley (body movements, object interactions) and design specific SFX (explosions, interface sounds, mechanical noises) tailored precisely to your content.
Editing & Integration: All newly created sounds undergo rigorous editing to ensure perfect timing, pacing, and seamless integration with your existing material.

First Draft Delivery: I provide a secure link to the project with the initial sound design applied (e.g., video cut with new audio, or music track with new SFX).
Listen & Analyze: Review the draft carefully, focusing on how the sound enhances the emotion and narrative.
The Revision Round: Send me your detailed feedback. We typically include two rounds of revisions in the base price to guarantee the final result matches your vision perfectly.
My Adjustments: I implement all notes, refine the sounds, and submit the updated draft for final approval.

Final Approval: Once the sound design is approved, you give the final sign-off.
High-Resolution Master Delivery: I deliver the final, high-resolution audio files (e.g., layered stems, final stereo mix, or embedded audio in video) in your required format.
Project Archival: All original and final files are securely archived for future edits or reference.
