For this project, I handled the entire audio pipeline, ensuring a seamless and cinematic sound experience from start to finish. My role encompassed:
Full Audio Production Management: Overseeing all sonic aspects of the film.
On-Location Recording: Capturing all dialogue and production sound on set with precision.
Detailed Sound Design: Creating custom Foley sound effects, ambiances, and textures to build the film’s unique sonic world.
ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement): Recording and integrating studio dialogue where needed to maintain absolute clarity.
Final Editing, Mixing & Mastering: Balancing all elements and delivering the final master audio file, optimized for streaming playback.

Concept & Vision Alignment Meeting: We start with a casual, yet focused, free online meeting. This is our chance to connect, discuss your project's narrative, emotional tone, and your creative goals.
Share Visual and Sound References: Please share your current video cut and any audio references (films, trailers, music) that capture the atmosphere and sonic aesthetic you are aiming for.
The Technical Talk: We'll quickly cover key technical details like video length, required audio delivery formats (e.g., stereo, loudness standards), and the project timeline.
Note: This initial consultation is completely free of charge, even if you decide not to move forward with the project. It's a risk-free way to explore the possibilities!

File Preparation: Once we agree on the scope, you will prepare your files. This typically includes:
A locked, high-resolution video export (with embedded timecode).
Separate dialogue stems and the original on-set audio recordings.
An OMF/AAF or EDL (Edit Decision List) from your video editor to ensure perfect synchronization.
Secure Upload: You'll upload all necessary files to our secure, dedicated cloud platform.
Sync Check & Confirmation: I'll conduct a quick check to ensure all files are correctly structured and synchronized, and then confirm the official start of the Post-Production phase.

Dialogue Edit & Clean-up: Meticulous editing, noise reduction, and level balancing of all spoken words to ensure ultimate clarity.
SFX, Sound Design, & Foley: I dive deep into creative work, building Sound Design elements, adding high-impact SFX, and recording custom Foley (footsteps, props, movements) to match the action perfectly.
Dedicated Mixing: I balance all layers (Dialogue, Music, SFX/Foley) to achieve sonic depth and emotional impact, ensuring compliance with final delivery loudness standards (e.g., -23 LUFS for broadcast).
Fast Turnaround: You can expect the first draft of the mixed video delivered within a timeframe agreed upon upfront (turnaround time depends on the project's length and complexity).

Listen & Analyze: I will provide a secure, time-coded link for you to review the video with the first full audio mix applied.
The Revision Round: You send me your detailed feedback. We typically include two rounds of revisions in the base price. This is crucial for fine-tuning the emotional delivery and technical elements.
My Adjustments: I carefully implement your notes, re-render the updated video, and re-send it for your final approval.

Final Approval: Once you are 100% happy with the soundscape, you provide the final sign-off.
High-Resolution Master Delivery: I deliver the final, industry-standard master audio files (often a stereo or 5.1 mix embedded in the video file, plus requested stems like M&E) perfectly synced to the final picture.
Project Archival: Your project files and all final deliverables are securely archived in my system for future reference or recall.
