Concept & Vision Alignment Meeting: We start with a casual, yet focused, free online meeting. This is our chance to connect, discuss your podcast's vision, audience and growth strategy.
Consultation & Planning: Upon request, this includes format consultation, script writing and even moderator/guest sourcing through my professional network, ensuring your show has compelling voices.
Share Your Aesthetic References: Please share examples of podcasts or content styles you admire regarding sound, pacing and branding.
Note: This initial strategy session is completely free of charge, even if you decide not to move forward.

File Preparation: Once we agree on the scope, you will prepare your files. This primarily includes the raw audio tracks (and video files, if you are supplying footage for video podcast production).
Secure Upload: You'll upload all necessary files to our secure, dedicated cloud platform.
Check & Confirmation: I'll conduct a quick check to ensure all audio and video files are correctly synced and complete, and then confirm the official start of the Post-Production phase.

Audio Post-Production: Meticulous editing, removal of unwanted sounds (umms, false starts), balancing levels, noise reduction and final mastering to meet streaming platform loudness standards.
Video Post-Production (Optional Service): For video podcasts, I coordinate with a professional video editor in my network to handle the multi-cam editing, graphics and final color grade.
Sound Design & Music: Integration of intro/outro music, sound branding elements, and SFX to enhance the listener experience. We would love to write and produce a custom intro-jingle for you, if needed.

Full Episode Delivery: You receive the final, mastered audio/video file.
Social Media Content Pack: I deliver a comprehensive package designed for easy marketing, including:
Photos: Static images for promotion.
