Concept & Vision Alignment Meeting: We start with a casual, yet focused, free online meeting. This is our chance to connect, discuss your project's vision, and talk about your creative goals.
Share Your Reference Tracks: Please share any reference tracks or examples that capture the sound and vibe you're aiming for. This helps me understand your desired sonic aesthetic.
The Technical Talk: We'll quickly cover technical details like track count, project timeline, and final deliverables.
Note: This initial consultation is completely free of charge, even if you decide not to move forward with the mixing project. It's a risk-free way to explore the possibilities! -
File Preparation: Once we agree on the scope, you'll prepare your files. Ensure all your tracks (stems or individual single-tracks) are properly labeled, consolidated, and sent as unprocessed WAV or AIFF files at the original sample rate and bit depth.
Secure Upload: You'll upload the files to our secure, dedicated cloud platform.
Check & Confirmation: I'll conduct a quick check to ensure all files are correct and complete, and then confirm the official start of the mixing period. -
Dedicated Mixing: I dive deep into your music, focusing on clarity, punch, depth, and emotion. My goal is to bring your tracks to life and realize the vision we discussed in our free Concept & Vision Alignment Meeting.
Fast Turnaround: You can expect the first draft of your mix delivered within one week (turnaround time may vary for larger projects, but this will be confirmed upfront). -
Listen & Analyze: I will provide a secure link for you to listen to the first mix. Take your time to review it on different systems.
The Revision Round: You send me your detailed feedback. We typically include two rounds of revisions in the base mixing price. This is crucial for fine-tuning the mix to your exact preferences.
My Adjustments: I carefully implement your notes, re-send the updated mix for your final approval. -
Final Approval: Once you're 100% happy with the sound, you give the final sign-off.
High-Resolution Master Delivery: I deliver the final, industry standard high-resolution stereo master file (or any requested variations, such as instrumentals or acapellas).
Project Archival: Your project files are securely archived in my system for future reference or recall.
